1. Click on the 'Signup' Button and follow through the drop down menus until you add 100, $200, $300, $400 = (100/Player) you are now enrolled
3. Now select the number of Dinner Only's!
4. Acknowledge info popup & Press the Check Out Button.
5. Put your Rec Card # in the box
6. In the box provided add the additional Team Players: (1 box: Name/Phone/email, Players 2 box: Name/Phone/email, Players 3 box: Name/Phone/email
7. Carts needed from the golf course. Limit of (2).
